Our payment process is simple and flexible. You have 2 easy options when you reach your CART.
FULL PAYMENT/BUY NOW – choose this if you wish to immediately pay for your purchases in full OR if you are purchasing your items 12 weeks, or less, prior to departure. (Also, rarely, some events require full prepayment at time of booking. This will, in that case, be clearly noted on the Product page.) Full details are given on your master invoice which is sent to you within 48 hours of booking.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS/Partial.ly – allows you to pay a 30% deposit now and the balance/s will debited from your chosen card 12 weeks prior to departure. We will contact you prior to the payment due date (as shown on your master invoice) and then follow up with a phone call. There is NO FEE charged by us to offer this service. Full details are given on your master invoice which is sent to you within 48 hours of booking. Please note, Partial.ly is not a credit provider. It is simply a piece of software which takes a percentage of the total CART value and collects that amount only on our behalf. Once the initial 30% is taken, then the Partial.ly ‘plan’ is deleted.
With certain tours you will notice we require interim payments to be made, on set dates. For example, France 2023 – allows you to pay 30% on booking, 20% 1 December 2021, 20% on 1 June 2022, 15% on 1 December 2022 and the balance by 1 June 2023. There is NO FEE charged by us to offer this service. Full details are given on your master invoice sent out within 48hrs of booking. In additional we are happy to accept interim payments (between the initial deposit and the balance due date) either via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Please email us to discuss.
BANK TRANSFER – this is another option available to you. If you wish to make a bank transfer please email us now and we will provide our bank details.
